With increasing traffic figures and thus increasing traffic congestion on the main and secondary road network, traffic management becomes a crucial role within transportation. The concerted action of traffic management measures serves to increase traffic safety and the capacity of the existing road network in order to optimise the traffic flows and to minimise the negative effects of the excessive traffic volume.
